Preliminary Steps
We work with you to articulate your perceived strengths and weaknesses in presentation organization and delivery. You tell us your experience, if any, in previous presentations, and identify an upcoming venue where you plan to speak
First Session
We review your background information and demonstrate how our interactive training will address your concerns
We provide you with step-by-step strategies and planning tools to prepare future presentations: personalized tips, a logistics checklist, audience analysis skills, and how to set an objective and framework for your presentations
We describe and demonstrate all the verbal, physical and audience management skills that will make your presentations a success
We give you tips and cautions on using visuals, handouts, lighting and audio
Second Session
You make a presentation on a topic of your choice, and provide your audience analysis and presentation plan for review
We provide specific feedback on your planning and performance, with suggestions for continued improvement so you can communicate professionally with any audience
